Terms & Conditions
Here at The Trade Specialists, we like to keep things straightforward and transparent. We're sound, and if you're here, you likely are too. To make sure we're always on the same page and doing our best work together, please have a read of our terms.
The Trade Specialists is a trading name of The Cafe Specialists Ltd (The Cafe Specialists Ltd, trading as The Trade Specialists). In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "The Trade Specialists" all refer to The Cafe Specialists Ltd. By using our services, you are agreeing to the terms below.

1. Packages
3-month minimum
Good things take time, and we want to get you the best results possible. Because of this, our packages come with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Monthly auto-renew
Once those initial 3 months are up, your package will automatically roll over on a month-to-month basis. If you decide it's time to part ways after the initial 3 months, it is your responsibility to cancel. We require an email 7 days before your next billing date to stop the auto-renewal, which you can send to info@thetradespecialists.ie. If you forget to cancel, the monthly invoice still stands.
2. Expectations & results
We're pretty good, and we will do our best to get you the best possible results. However, as we do not own Google, we cannot legally guarantee any rankings or results. We promise to do our best to achieve results, but we cannot legally promise exact outcomes.
Search engines, Google's Maps results and AI search tools change their algorithms regularly and without notice. Timelines and results can vary depending on your trade, your location and the level of competition in your area.
3. Access to your accounts
To do our job, we'll need access to things like your Google Business Profile, your website and any other relevant accounts. You agree to provide this access and to keep it active for the duration of our work together.
Your accounts, profiles and any logins remain yours. Where we set up a new Google Business Profile or website on your behalf, ownership stays with you — we simply manage them for you while you're a client. When our work together ends, we'll remove our access on request.
4. Reviews & your business information
We will never post fake, bought or incentivised reviews. We only ever help you encourage genuine reviews from real customers, in line with Google's policies. The service you provide to those customers is down to you.
You are responsible for making sure the details we publish on your behalf are accurate and up to date. This includes your service areas, opening hours, pricing, insurance and any qualifications or registrations you advertise (for example RGII, Safe Electric/RECI, or other trade certifications). We are not liable for any claim arising from inaccurate, misleading or out-of-date information that you provide or ask us to publish.
5. Leads, enquiries & your work
Our job is to increase your visibility and the number of enquiries you receive — more calls, clicks and messages from people looking for your service. We are not responsible for turning those enquiries into booked jobs, for how you quote or price your work, or for the quality, safety or outcome of the trade work you carry out for your customers.
Any agreement, dispute or transaction between you and your own customers is strictly between you and them.
6. Websites & content
Where we build or update a website for you, any content you supply (photos, logos, text, reviews) must be accurate and yours to use, and must not infringe anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the content you ask us to publish. Hosting, domain and third-party tool costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality & promotion
We won't share your sensitive business information, passwords, or internal financial data with anyone. By working with us, you agree that we can share the results we help to achieve for you in case studies, social media posts and on our website. If you ask us to remove it, we'll be happy to — no problem at all.
We reserve the right to use your business name, logo and public brand assets on our website, social media and marketing materials, simply to say "We work with these great trades!" It's helpful to us, so thank you in advance.
8. Liability
Limitation of liability
We aren't a major company, so we do need to protect our business as much as possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cafe Specialists Ltd's total liability for any claim, damages, or losses arising from our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the single month immediately preceding the claim.
Not liable for "anything else"
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party platform glitches (like Google or Facebook going down or banning your account), force majeure events, or any other consequential losses. We are only responsible for the specific services we agreed to provide. That said, we'll always do our best to help with anything we can if you need it.
9. Client responsibilities
If we need assets like photos, approvals, or access from you to do our job, you agree to provide them in a timely manner. We won't rush you, and we're always happy to help, but legally we aren't liable for delays caused by not getting what we need from you (Google access, photos, approvals, etc.).
Payment terms
You agree to pay via Direct Debit. If a payment fails, you agree to us pausing the service until it's paid. If you email us, we'll be happy to see how we can help.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to end our agreement if the working relationship becomes strained. We always want to keep a great relationship with our clients. In cases where we can't keep working together, we'll complete the active month, cease work and cancel the Direct Debit.
10. Legal fees & governing law
We prefer to work together, but if we have to hire a solicitor or go to court — or if we are sued by a third party because of content or instructions you gave us — you agree to pay all of our reasonable legal fees and costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If we ever have a dispute we can't settle over a friendly conversation, the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Thank you for agreeing to the terms and conditions. They're here to protect both of us and to ensure a great working relationship. We look forward to helping you and are excited to achieve some great results!
